Integrated performance therapy is unlocking a person’s potential to level up their performance in all areas of life. It integrates best practices from all four (4) performance domains: physical, psychological, cognitive, and technical using evidence based, scientifically supported performance psychology and psychological skills training techniques .
Using a three step process we will work together to measure, learn, and apply performance tools to enhance performance. With a strong focus on preparation and readiness, the performance mindset, building resilience, managing thoughts and emotions, self-awareness and our overall wellbeing (yes wellness is a performance factor) much more we will develop a performance platform similar to those of a high performance athlete.
